Terms and Conditions

PLEASE BE AWARE CALSTOCK ESTATE IS STRICTLY A NON SMOKING VENUE.

By making a booking for accommodation, guests warrant they have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to them.

ACCOMMODATION

All accommodation is subject to availability. Check in time is between 3pm - 5pm and checkout time is 10am.

Calstock Estate will endeavour to provide the accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings. All accommodation must be fully paid for at the time of confirmation contact, by direct deposit into Calstock Estate account, no alterations can be made after that time regarding accommodating extra guests. Please note there is STRICTLY NO OPTION FOR SINGLE NIGHT ACCOMODATION, whether alone or joining an existing booking. Account details will be forwarded at time of booking. A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed.

It is the responsibility of guests to review the booking confirmation email and advise the Calstock Estate team if there are any errors or misunderstandings. By providing credit card details, guests warrant they authorise Calstock Estate to charge the cost of their booking(s) and experiences to that credit card. All information submitted will be kept strictly private and confidential.  Incidental charges including damage, loss or extra cleaning or maintenance deemed necessary by Calstock Estate, will be charged to the nominated card.  All card information will be returned to card owner at the end of their stay.

The liability of Calstock Estate arising from any cancellations of accommodation is limited to the amount paid for the cancelled booking. Pets are not allowed.

DAMAGE TO SUITES/ETC
Following a check of your booked suite(s) after guest check out, Calstock Estate reserves the right to charge any items damaged or missing at the time of check out to the guaranteed credit card for that suite. This includes other items that may from time to time be for sale in each suite.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of the cancellation of a booking, guests are entitled to a refund of their booking UNLESS one of the following applies:

1. If a booking is cancelled prior to 14 days to the arrival date, the booking will not be refunded. Exemptions may be applied due to extenuating circumstances this is at the discretion of the CALSTOCK ESTATE management.
2. No refund will be granted where a booking is cancelled for a stay(s) between 23rd December and 2nd January inclusive; or for the part of the booking which falls between these dates.
3. No refund will be granted in the event a guest does not arrive.
4. A cancellation confirmation email must be obtained. If a cancellation confirmation email is not received, the booking remains in effect.
5. In the event of COVID effecting your travel and border closures are in place, Calstock Estate will refund all monies paid directly back into your account or another booking date can be nominated.
