Welcome Event

Begin your festivities with a relaxed Welcome Event in the enchanting Secret Garden, where guests gather under the stars beside a crackling firepit, sharing laughter and anticipation. Celebrate your wedding day amid the estate’s timeless elegance — with manicured gardens, historic architecture, and the rolling Meander Valley as your backdrop.

Recovery Day

The celebrations can continue with a blissful Recovery Day — relax and reconnect on the Grand Verandah, where sweeping views and soft summer breezes create the perfect backdrop for a long, leisurely brunch. Wander into the sun-dappled gardens to share stories, sip champagne, and soak in the final hours of your unforgettable weekend.

Calstock Estate offers a range of flexible wedding options to suit celebrations of all sizes,from intimate elopements to grand marquee gatherings.

With a variety of indoor and outdoor settings available, each space is designed to showcase the estate’s timeless charm while accommodating your unique vision.

STABLES (indoor seated dining) – 10-36 seated/80 standing.
VERANDAH (outdoor dining) – 18-64 guests seated. 65-96 guests seated on 2 tables (L shape). 120 standing.
MARQUEE weddings – 100 seated/150 standing.

Please note the verandah is undercover but not completely weatherproof.

Dry Hire Flexibility

Bring your own catering team and beverages. We offer a curated list of five trusted Tasmanian caterers to choose from.

Styling & Coordination

To ensure a seamless experience, all weddings must engage an approved wedding stylist and coordinator.

Guest Capacity & Setup

For celebrations of 36–150 guests, all furniture, linen, tableware, and styling elements are to be hired in, giving you creative freedom to design the day your way. We also host elopements and small weddings onsite from 2-36.

Included Accommodation

Packages include two nights of boutique on-site accommodation for up to 18 guests, making Calstock perfect for a relaxed and immersive multi-day celebration.
