TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY CALSTOCK ESTATE 1831 – Accommodation
1. Full Payment is required at the time of RESERVATION.
2. All rates quoted are inclusive of 10% GST
3. The rates for any unbooked rooms can be changed at any time and will be updated on the website. Rates can differ depending upon availability and seasonality.
4. Some credit cards may incur a surcharge of up to 2% over and above the stated accommodation rate.
5. Rates quoted do not qualify for third party reward programs, including airline frequent flyer points.
6. Reservations are to be paid in full at time of booking
Bookings cancelled outside of 30 days of the booking date – a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations received 14 – 30 days prior to planned stay will incur a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to planned stay will be charged in full.
Failure to show will be charged in full.
7. CHECK-IN time is from 2.00pm – 6.00pm. Early arrival requests are not guaranteed but on a request basis only. Should you wish to guarantee an early arrival time, the room will need to be booked from the night prior and will be charged at the daily contracted room rate and is subject to availability. Advise an estimated time of arrival.
8. CHECK-OUT time is up to 10.00am. Late departures up to 12 noon may be possible upon request. For departures after 12 noon, a full daily contracted room rate will apply and is subject to availability.
9. Free car parking is available on the property. Guests are responsible for the security of their vehicles and any personal items.
10. Calstock Estate is not responsible for any loss arising out of any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but limited to, acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
11. Children travelling with guests are to be supervised at all times.
12. Guests will be charged for any damages, breakables and theft. In the case of theft, the replacement/market value plus 25% will be charged.
13. Calstock Estate may have special promotions that will require a Promotions Code to be entered onto the website when booking to receive that promotion. Promotions are subject to availability and conditions.
14. Any requests for additional guests (including children) above the stated room capacity will incur an additional charge of AUD $50.00 per head per night and is subject to availability and prior approval.
